Helpern Completes Bronx Senior Housing

After a $9.5-million renovation, senior housing facility Project HOPE – originally known as the Adelstein Family Senior Housing facility – has been rededicated at a ceremony attended by officials from B’nai B’rith International, the Office of US Congressman Eliot Engel, New York State Homes & Community Renewal, and the Bronx Borough President’s planning arm.

The affordable housing project, located at 2050 Bartow Avenue in the northeastern Bronx is the property of the long-standing Helpern Architects client First Hartford, whose Connolly & Partners division redeveloped and manages the 100-apartment, 7-story-high building. Details of the project are here.
